What if I have to cancel my appointment? |

Should a cancellation be necessary, please notify Allure
et Beaute. Call us a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment
time. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result
in a charge of all the services scheduled. All no-who appointments
will be charged at full value.
This courtesy enables us to schedule
another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability
of services for you as
well as others. |

What if I am late for an appointment? |
 |
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary
to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her best to accommodate
you. It may be possible for another stylist to assist you |

What about gratuities? |
 |
At your discretion, a 15%-20% gratuity is customary, and
it is greatly appreciated. Gratuities are considered and included
in assistants’ compensation… no additional gratuities
are necessary. |

Should I always use the same hairstylist or technician? |
 |
We encourage you to experience the talent of any of our
Allure et Beaute team members. If you
feel you would like to try the services of another staff member,
please let us know. We are a team and are all here to accommodate
you.

What about children? |

For the consideration of our customers, children are allowed
in the salon only when receiving
services. |

What about cell phones? |
 |
We discourage the use of cell phones, so all the clients
can relax and enjoy, and also it allows your technician to better
serve you. Please switch to vibrate if you must receive calls. |

Do you have gift certificates for sale? |
 |
Allure et Beaute gift certificates are always available
for purchase, and for your convenience you can purchase them
online. Let us know your specific needs and your Salon/Sap package
will be especially prepared for you. Give a gift of love for
